How To Use Start with clean, dry skin. After cleansing your face with a gentle cleanser, pat it dry with a clean towel.
Dispense a small amount of the toner onto a cotton pad or into the palm of your hand. You typically only need a few drops or enough to saturate the cotton pad.
Gently sweep the toner across your face and neck using upward and outward motions. Avoid the eye area.
Pay special attention to areas of concern or where you may have excess oil, such as the T-zone.
