Gomyz Return and Refund Policy

  1. Return Period: Product/s can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Condition of Product/s: Product/s should be in their original condition - sealed, not opened, and not used.

  3. Refund Process:

    • The refund will be processed to the original source of payment.
    • If an order was placed using cash on delivery, the refund will be issued as Gomyz store credit.
  4. Non-Refundable Items: Delivery and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the product/s received are damaged or defective.

Return Address: Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with the return address and any further instructions necessary to complete the return.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return for the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order.
