1. Product/s can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. 

2. Product/s should be in its original condition - sealed, not opened and not used.

3. The refund will be processed to its original source. If an order placed with cash on delivery, the refund will be initiated as GOMYZ store credit.

4. Delivery and cash on delivery fees are not refundable, unless product/s are damaged or defective.
